    Last weeks question was a big hit and I think we got a lot of information. There is so much we can learn from each other, I figured I would try posing a weekly question and see how it works out.

    This weeks question is What commercial diet programs have you tried? For example Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, etc.  So post your comment tell us what you tried? Pros and Cons? How did it work out for you? If your still on it? and If not why?

    So I was just reading a e-conversation about snacking and snacking habits.  Many of us have the snack drawer at work or keep a few extra goodies in out bag. So I’m asking Greedy Girls fans What’s your snack?

    Post a comment with snacks you keep in stock good, bad, or otherwise; maybe we can learn from each others example and get some ideas of better snacks to carry.

    Many of you know how much I love Self magazine. I may not do everything they say, but they have some great advice and workouts month after month. I recently found out the Self has videos of the workouts they feature in the magazine on YouTube. That is great news. So I took a look and some of my old favorites are there and even better the videos clearly show you the moves you couldn’t get right from just seeing them in print.

    So to add to our Greedy Girl Guide I’ll also post some videos of workout I thought would be useful. ‘ll try not to just stick to Self if I see it I’ll post it.

    So here’s the first one Burn Fat Fast. It’s a pretty good workout of 8 strength moves to help boost your metabolism. These moves have a pretty high difficulty level but give em a try.
