While on our quest to improve our bodies it also important to learn to love and except who you are and what you have.
Many of us are not the perfect size and even with extreme weight loss will never be. And even at the smaller size will we may not get the shape we want. Body types come in all kinds of shapes and those shapes come in varying sizes. The important thing is identifying what you are and embracing it. A healthy mental picture of your body can help you reach you physical health sooner.
I came across this video, which gives one of the best descriptions I’ve seen on how to determine your shape and realistic choice of what to wear no mater the size of that shape. It’s a little long but I think taking the time to watch it all the way through can really boost your thoughts about you. So consider this your mental workout for the day and take a look. Watch the video and let us know what’s you shape?
What flatters your body shape – how to determine your body shape – apple, pear, banana, hourglass, what flatters it – top and bottom, jeans, swimsuit, wedding dress, various styles Music: Christin…

Good video and smart to think about your body shape when it comes to losing weight. It’s always good to look at the whole picture. Stopping by from SITS.

I never thought I was an apple until seeing this video. It makes sense now why on the talk shows say plus size girls shouldn’t wear flaire jeans and I always thought they looked good on me. that’s why.
Not to mention apples are my fav! -
