Workout Hair Styles- Part 1 Curly/Natural Hair
Filed under Featured, Fitness Beauty and Gear6 CommentsSep 11Over the years I have struggled with the dreaded issue of what to do with my hair when I workout, because of the frequent sweating and need for washing even a mild fitness routine can cause a lot of damage to hair especially for African American women .Over the years I have found a few simple hairstyles, that I do help me to maintain my hair day to day hair styles and prevent damage to my hair. I thought I would share these styles here with my Greedy Girls Fans in hopes of helping others get through their workout hair issues. Since I wear my hair in different ways that require different workout styles I have decided to break this up into a 3 part series.
So here’s Part 1- Workout Hairstyles for Curly and/or Natural hair. I focus on African American or Ethnic hair because that’s what I have but these styles can work well for a variety of hair types. I hope you enjoy feel free to let us know how you style your hair for workouts.

Akilah, this is a very good topic! I have natural hair, so I just pull all of my hair up into a poof when I go work out.
