Pilates is one of the best weightless strength training exercise, it focus on movement and strengthening your core to give you an over all top notch work out.

Although I need to do this I am feeling really lazy and not too motivated right now. Maybe I’ll come by later and try. I must say it looks easy to follow and I know my abs will get a good workout. Very cool.
