So I’m sitting here watching TV up late as usual and my Blackberry keeps going off. Comment after comment I’m like wow whats going all then a message said
“Congrats on your Surprise SITS day” I checked the site and what do you know it’s ME!!!!
I was almost Tardy for my own Party

Great site! I know I always want more, even when I’ve really had enough.
Checked out a few of your posts- I make a similar green bean casserole- though mine is a little more plain. No casseroles(or anything) made with condensed soup. BLECH!
I can’t get on the scale every day, though. My mom does and obsesses completely if there is any change at all- I could easily head down that road, so I avoid it.

Happy Surprise SITS Day! How Exciting!?!?!
I loved your post on weighing yourself every day! I really feel the same way and it’s the only thing that’s helped me shed a few pounds these last few months AND stick to it. Earlier this week, I weighed 1 pound less than my last official WW Weigh-in Day, yet today, just a few days later, I was only down .4 from that “official” mark. Had I not seen the scale go lower throughout the week, I would have been discouraged today going and seeing that I only lost .4 pounds. But because I weight myself every day, I am able to see the trends and I KNOW that the scale is dropping over all!!!

What a great way to start off your weekend.
As a vegan, I appreciate your take on healthy eating. My hubby and son aren’t vegans (and I have absolutley NO JUDGEMENT of people who aren’t–my home is one of tolerance and acceptance) but we are always looking to lighten things up for all of our benefit.
‘Keep moving’ is a good motto to live by, also.
